Regarding IBEO Lux Lidar

Postby husnaini798 » Tue Jan 05, 2010 6:57 am

Hi,
I've just downloaded and installed the package for 'IBEO Lidars (Alasca and Lux) interfaces' from the site below.
http://support.intempora.com/component/ ... category=3

But when I try to register this package, RTMaps gives the following error in the console

Error : Unable to load package C:/Program Files/Intempora/RTMaps 3.2/packages/rtmaps_ibeo_ethernet.pck: third party dependencies may be missing like .dll files (or .so files under Linux).

Could you kindly help me with this issue?

Kind Regards,
Husnain Malik

It looks like you have an old version of RTMaps. You should either update to the latest version, or install the latest visual studio 2005 redistribuable, as explained in the following post : http://forum.intempora.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=61&p=79#p79

Bonjour, je souhaitais savoir si ce même package fonctionne avec un Fusion System où 2 LUX sont connectés à une ECU elle-même connectée sur l'ordinateur hébergeant RTMaps ? Merci d'avance.

Hello,

This package does not support yet the Fusion System with the Ethernet interface between the ECU and PC.

However there is not much to do to add this support.
In case you have such a Fusion system at disposal, please contact us directly and we will add such functionality.
Basically, what we would need for development and tests is a recording of the raw UDP data stream from the Fusion System.
This will allow us to playback and test the decoding functions.
In order to log the raw UDP data stream from the fusion system, you can just use a Raw socket client component in RTMaps configured in UDP mode on the right port and address (same as with a single LUX sensor) and a Recorder component with record method rrmstream.

Best regards,
